"I rated this agency and the three sales persons involved very high for several reasons:
1. The inital contact with all three was friendly, courteous and professional
2. My mission was to secure for our social service agency vehicle bids from several dealers in Albuqerque. Southwest Hyundai took my mission seriously and complied with the parameters of our bid process.
3. When it took several weeks to get final approval for this purchase from our funding source, all three sales representatives held firm to the sales price, not letting it edge above our budgeted maximum. When we finally arrived at the dealership to select the actual vehicle, the price continued to be what we agreed to. This may sound obvious, but I've worked this exercise before and this integrity cannot be taken for granted.
